Remembrance Day 2018

Our annual remembrance service celebrated the lives of those who fought during the war.

It is 100 years since the end of World War One and to mark the occasion, we have created a special memorial garden filled with poppies. In our remembrance day service, we gave an honourable mention to the those connected to St Wilfrid’s who have served in the armed forces over the years. Students brought forwards poppies to represent those family members.

Thanks goes to our musicians and choir for assisting with the service and to the HST for their readings.
